Program Overview

Learn how to take charge of your health and heal your life with Ayurveda and Yoga Practices in this six-class program. The new and renovated program now includes a cooking class and a private 45-minute consultation at the end of the program.


What You’ll Learn in Six Classes

✅ Basic principles of Ayurveda: How does it work?
✅ Understanding your Unique Dosha, constitution, and identifying any imbalances.
✅ Causes of disease.
✅ How to heal your life using five-sense therapies, including:

We’ll teach you step-by-step how to incorporate these ancient practices into your daily life. Little by little, your whole perspective will be directed exactly where you want it to go.
