🤍WE BREATHE TOGETHER.
🤍WE CREATE SOMETHING GREATER TOGETHER.

There’s something powerful that happens when we gather to practice.
We arrive carrying different stories, different emotions, and different experiences, but for one hour, we breathe, move, and grow as one.

This is collective consciousness.
This is community.
This is yoga.

Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, there’s a place for you here.

Come experience it for yourself. 🤍

You’ve seen mala beads before; but do you know h You’ve seen mala beads before; but do you know how to use them?

A mala is more than something beautiful to wear. It can help you count mantra repetitions, stay focused, and give the mind a place to return during meditation.

Would you like to learn?

Join us Every Friday at 8:00 a.m. for 30 minutes of pranayama and meditation.

We explore the tools of meditation; and, most importantly, learn how to use them in practice.

No meditation experience needed.

Yoga is more than the shapes we make with the body Yoga is more than the shapes we make with the body.

It is learning to observe, ask questions, breathe with awareness, and understand the intention behind the practice.

This September, our 50-Hour Yoga Immersion offers an opportunity to explore yoga more deeply; through philosophy, alignment, breathwork, meditation, and thoughtful practice.

You do not need to be advanced, and you do not need to want to teach. You only need curiosity.

For thousands of years, Ayurveda has taught that d For thousands of years, Ayurveda has taught that digestion is just as important as the food itself. Some foods that are wonderful on their own may not work as well when eaten together.

This teaching is known as Viruddha Ahara incompatible food combinations.

Does that mean you should never eat these foods?

Not necessarily.

Ayurveda isn’t about creating fear around food.

It’s about understanding how different foods interact and learning to support your digestive fire (agni), because even the healthiest meal can only nourish you if your body is able to digest it well.

Healthy eating isn’t just about choosing the right foods.
Sometimes it’s also about choosing the right combinations.

Ayurveda encourages us to make small, mindful choices that support our digestive fire (agni) and help food become true nourishment.
✨ Sometimes the smallest changes can make the biggest difference.

So... your doctor told you to try yoga. But nobod So... your doctor told you to try yoga.

But nobody told you this...

You signed up for your first class.
Your wrists hurt.
Your hamstrings felt impossibly tight.
Your back wasn’t as flexible as you hoped.
Everyone else looked like they knew exactly what they were doing.
You started wondering if yoga was really for you.

The truth?

This is completely normal.
Yoga isn’t about forcing your body into a pose. It’s about learning how your body moves, how to breathe, and how to build a practice that supports you; not just today, but for years to come.

That’s why we created our 50-Hour Yoga Immersion.

Not because everyone wants to become a yoga teacher.

But because every yoga student deserves to understand the practice, move safely, and practice with confidence.

✨ No teaching required. Just a deeper understanding of yoga.

Abhyanga is not simply an Ayurvedic massage. Alth Abhyanga is not simply an Ayurvedic massage.

Although both involve touch and oil, they come from different traditions and have different intentions.

*Massage is generally focused on relieving muscular tension and working with the body’s soft tissues.

*Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy in which warm herbal oils are selected for the individual and applied with rhythmic, mindful strokes. In Ayurveda, the oil itself is considered an important part of the therapy; not just something that helps the hands glide.

The intention is to nourish the body, calm the nervous system, support healthy circulation, lubricate the joints, and promote overall balance.

Both massage and Abhyanga have their place; they simply offer different experiences.

✨ Have you ever experienced an authentic Abhyanga?

Coming to yoga isn’t going to solve all your pro Coming to yoga isn’t going to solve all your problems.

In fact, it might make you a little sore.

Your wrists might ache.
Your hamstrings might complain.
You might look around the room and think,
“Everyone else knows what they’re doing.”

We’ve all been there.
The difference isn’t that some people became more flexible, stronger, or better at yoga.
It’s that, somewhere along the way, the practice stopped being about everyone else...

...and became about what was happening within.

One day you’ll notice you leave class feeling a little lighter.

You’ll breathe a little deeper.
React a little less.

Listen to your body a little more.

Or maybe yoga simply becomes one hour where you get to be fully present.

Either way, that’s a beautiful place to begin. 🙏🤍

If you’ve been thinking about trying yoga, we’d love to practice with you.

Yoga isn’t about fitting people into a pose; it’s about making the practice accessible for every body and every season of life.

Wellness should be joyful. We laugh, we learn, we move, and we grow together. 🤍

Our Sādhana Foundation Yoga Teacher Training is about so much more than learning a yoga sequence.

It’s about understanding the different stages of life and learning how to support each person with compassion, confidence, and wisdom.

Our trainees explored prenatal and chair yoga, discovering how the practice can be adapted to meet students exactly where they are.

Whether someone is expecting a baby, recovering from an injury, aging gracefully, or simply needing a gentler practice, yoga has the ability to meet them with care.

As teachers, our role is not just to guide movement, but to create a safe, welcoming space where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered.

A nurse at Mary Birch Hospital and a dedicated yogi for over a decade, Susie brings warmth, compassion, and wisdom into every class she teaches.

She is part of both our 50-Hour Immersion and 200-Hour Teacher Training, where she shares the importance of Restorative Yoga and reminds us that slowing down is an essential part of a balanced practice.
Her teaching style is both gentle and powerful; you’ll leave class feeling grounded, refreshed, and stronger than when you arrived.

5 healthy foods modern wellness loves... that Ayur 5 healthy foods modern wellness loves... that Ayurveda approaches differently.

Green smoothies are packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber; but that doesn’t automatically make them the best choice for everyone.

In Ayurveda, we ask a different question:

Can your body digest and absorb these nutrients?

If you regularly experience bloating, gas, constipation, acid reflux, feeling heavy after meals, indigestion, or malabsorption, your digestive fire (Agni) may need support before adding more raw, cold, or difficult to digest foods.

Many digestive symptoms have become so common that we think they’re normal.
They’re not.😬

Digestion shouldn’t leave you feeling bloated, uncomfortable, or exhausted after eating.

That’s why Ayurveda often recommends changing how we prepare foods rather than eliminating them altogether.

Instead of an icy smoothie with several fruits, dairy, or protein powders, try a simpler version with mostly 2 or 3 seasonal fruits, fresh ginger or mint, and room-temperature water or herbal tea.

Cook your overnight oats instead of eating them cold.

Turn yogurt into a traditional lassi with water and digestive spices.

Lightly cook cruciferous vegetables with warming spices to help support digestion.

Small changes in preparation can make a big difference in how your body digests and absorbs nutrients.

Try these suggestions for a week and notice how you feel. Your body is always giving you feedback.

Have you ever noticed that a “healthy” meal left you feeling bloated or uncomfortable?

You don’t have to quiet your mind.

You don’t have to stop thinking.
You don’t even have to sit up.
All you have to do is get comfortable and listen.

Yoga Nidra is a guided practice that invites the body to rest deeply while the mind settles into a state between sleeping and waking.

Many people leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and surprisingly refreshed.

If you’ve ever thought meditation wasn’t for you, Yoga Nidra might surprise you. 🌿✨
