This Rocket workshop is for all levels. Poses are

This Rocket workshop is for all levels. Poses are broken down, adding layers according to your conditions. The body is a tool, so we use it to create a challenging, yet accessible km flow that includes inversions, arm balances and deep stretches. This session ends with the sound of crystal bowls and gongs and other instruments Saira uses to create a symphony of healing frequencies. Frequencies that help us relax and reduce stress, feeling a sense of inner harmony.

Last month we had the great opportunity to spend a few
days with Sri Dharma Mitra; the teacher of all teachers. A true example of devotion, compassion and discipline. Teaching for over 60 years in NYC. During our visit, we stayed at #kripalu for a weekend, then came to NYc and enjoyed some yoga classes with Dharma. In addition, we tried other styles of yoga, which were amazing. We ended up with a Full Dharma Yoga class and our dear friends at the @dharmayogacenter Thank you for opening your doors and hugs. It was great to see you all! ❤️ Thank you for pretending you were on vacation with us. ☺️Saira, of course, the best travel partner who plans and arranges, rearranges, all was a great experience enjoying the summer in the city, in addition to the yoga.

Btw: We didn’t take any pictures together. While Saira was taking pictures of the buildings, I was taking pics of random cats! ☺️ Looking forward to the next time!
