Adjustments are a great way to explore a posture a little deeper. Here @janogalindo helps the student expand and explore Half Moon pose by supporting and creating space. There’s a science to proper adjustment to ensure the teacher is in full alignment to support the students. Notice Jano’s strong stance and placement of the hands and arms, the gentle stretch and expansion through every breath. Every adjustment is the opportunity to feel the full potential of the pose!

Jano teaches every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 9a and Tuesday’s at 6p.
