200-Hour Foundation Sādhana Teacher Training
Our 200-Hour Foundation Sādhana Teacher Training is a traditional and immersive journey designed to deepen your personal practice while preparing you to teach with confidence, authenticity, and compassion. Rooted in traditional yoga, the program integrates asana, meditation, pranayama, philosophy, Ayurveda, anatomy, and conscious teaching methodology. Through dedicated practice, mentorship, and community, you'll develop not only the skills to teach yoga, but also a lifelong foundation for living it.

50-Hour Breath & Pranayama Training

Breath is the bridge between body and mind. This 50-hour training offers an in-depth exploration of traditional pranayama practices and the transformative role of breath in yoga. Students will develop a deeper understanding of how breath influences energy, focus, emotional balance, and overall health while learning how to safely incorporate pranayama into personal practice and teaching.

50-Hour Restorative Yoga Training
December 2026
Learn the art of slowing down and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. This 50-hour training explores the principles and practices of Restorative Yoga, emphasizing relaxation, nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and deep rest. Students will learn how to skillfully use props, create supportive sequences, and adapt practices for a variety of populations and needs.
