This Restorative Training will provide the teacher with:
- A clear understanding of stress and its effects on our nervous system and lives.
- Exploration of how restorative postures, pranayama, and guided imagery can be used to release and relieve deeply held layers of tension in our bodies, minds, and hearts, unlocking the peace and ease that lay beneath.
- Knowledge about subtle energy and how to use this wisdom to tune into students, developing the ability to see and sense physical and energetic misalignments.
- Guidance in adopting the role of nurturer and discovering your own unique voice, sounds, touch, specific themes, verbal cues, and transformative poses.
“This practice is dear and near to my heart, I hope you will join me.”
